IG is probably clever enough not to leave $20 million dollars sitting in a bank account earning zilch interest.
If IG ever needs cash he can liquidate some assets.
When someone like IG liquidates $20 million (which is only a small amount of his total assets) some shareholders will get spooked. Such shareholders are known as dummy spitters or loose hands and they generally live to regret it.
Meanwhile the smart investors will take advantage . . . like taking candy from a baby.
IG is probably clever enough not to leave $20 million dollars...
