same here.. and that is the curse when one person has such massive control of the company. Hence why ALK will struggle to attract strategic partner to speed things up and extract full value for Boda - unless Ian gets stuck again and is forced to sell (preferably to an outsider) another ~10% of ALK.
But at same time if he got hit with liquidity (and it seems he got stuck - perhaps lender pulled out) he had no choice but to sell something. That something happened to be ALK. Can't blame him for that.
If he did sell to an outsider (we will find out soon) then I see it as positive as I prefer no individual to have so much control over a publicly listed company. Even many instos will shy from ALK as they know they can't influence the direction how ALK is run if one person holds such large stake.
