Interesting ramamba,
I would rate BAF as Genius as it just bolts on and gives us the missing alternative asset classes such as private equity, water rights, agricultural assets, student accommodation and other commercial property assets.
The other 3 only time will tell, agree KBC is a problem but I do not think it is of our fault the mess it is in.
