$600k salary for a fledgling oiler(88E). Just instructed one of his oilers to bail out him as the largest shareholder in another oiler for a 120% premium in the worst oil market in history. Acreage is not a problem for 88E. Actually hitting anything that is not just pure dust is the problem. This reeks of dodgy practices. Even if XCD was valuable the obvious move would be to wait until it goes into VA or shuts up completely and make a pennies on the dollar offer.
