sorry, maybe I missed it .... but what is the outcome here ?
am I interpreting the recent Ann. correct and 88E has set out deeds to certain XCD holders to have access to their XCD shares or something of that nature - sorry new to reading these regulatory docs.
all in all this does smell a little bit off .... 88E boss is major shareholder in XCD, .... XCD have no way to progress any projects (meaning 88E boss' holdings are doomed) so it looks like he is offloading his XCD investment using 88E cash (or trying to) under the guise of "it is good for 88E" ....... but seems so far it only looks good for the personal bank account of the 88E boss
or do I get it all wrong there somewhere .....
