in this case, the publicly known facts speak for themselves...and you can make of them what you wish, one way or the other - I think that is the crux of the issue here.

...as for Boy Scout reference...it is well known the corp regulators are overwhelmed when it comes to managing affairs when it comes to public companies - and they encourage whistleblowing...if there is merit in any claim they will act. If not, it goes nowhere.
