It smells, but hard to tell if its good or bad. Assuming everyone is doing the right thing, the only thing I can see is that Charlie 1 yielded info that makes XCD ground a compelling acquisition. Shallow wells may be cheaper to drill therefore more likely to get punters on board. They also have $1M in the bank.
