Its a logic puzzle I struggle with as both companies lack capital, so neither will solve each others cash problems.
If 88e currently has something of value, they don't need XCD acreage.
If XCD currently has something of value, they don't need 88e
If 88e does not have something of value, why would XCD accept script of questionable value.
Only if XCD is also of questionable value.
In which case, shareholder capital is the next drill target
