I have to agree looking in here from the sidelines.
A takeover at a premium price where DW is a major holder is really suspect in my opinion.
There hasn't even been any clarity for holders of 88e as to how this adds real benefit too them, just seems like yet further dilution for private holders.
Interested to see what further analysis comes back from the Charlie drill and not trying to suggest it's poor, but this recent left field acquisition announcement does look a segway to change topic from potential poor results of further analysis.
