yeah, mining licence surely should be imminent now, off take agreement is definitely a good stepping stone and positive. Noticed Statdrome PTE has only just recently been established in Singapore and google seems to indicate was a UK company. Wouldn't be surprised if a 'revised timeline' gets issued soon though as the one the company put out previously seems a bit ambitious now.
