Be interested to see if these Statdrome guys are still even in business. Haven't held an AGM for 2 years, nor have they lodged an annual return since 2018. This from a company with allegedly 15 years of experience that was incorporated only months before we signed a deal with them.
The Alara annual reports note that US$1.2mil of the prepayment was taken up in June 2018. One would think that now we are well into the construction phase that this prepayment should be getting drawn down regularly as intended. Unless it's no longer on the table ?? Surely that sort of information should be clearly communicated to shareholders ?? You'd think that the status of your exclusive offtake agreement was something that is material information - have hardly heard boo about it since it was announced.
