Yes sure. But the issue is they need the money to build the mine. That is very hard to raise in a very low price environment. Both bankers and investors look at today's prices and they don't make for a very attractive financial setup...
This is the whole reason we speculate on these stocks. And its speculations because VR8 doesn't have cash flow and no one knows the future demand and price of Vanadium. So it is high risk....But also can be very high reward.
