What has the current management done in the last 16 months that suggests to you that "they are advancing at lightning speed" (your words) ?
For me, the previous MD (Eugene Nel) did a great job, progress was steady, and generally goals were completed on schedule (e.g. the DFS). Now VR8 has a bigger team, but progress is painfully slow.
