I expect the new MoU to result in a deal near term, along with Matrix on similar terms. Presentation mentions Matrix still at the table, but others could now lock them out if they don't get a move on. And they still hold 10%. This would cover around 75-80% first stage production and secure financing deals.
VR8 seem to have moved on from the North America interest mentioned at AGM. Maybe China is the place to deal for SA as US/Europe/Russia/Ukraine risk is escalating. IMO.
