It's a non-binding MOU, so nothing to write home about. In any case, they are supposed to be completing offtakes by now, delivering binding offtakes by the end of the first quarter of CY2024, according to their own timelines shown to the market last November, just 5 months ago (see below). Remember these were already stretched targets (according to John) from previous timeline goals mentioned at the start of 2023. The strategic investment was also scheduled to be completed by now too, along with enviro permits. I'm also disappointed that we are signing up with more Chinese customers, when the rest of the world is trying to establish supply chains outside China. Not good enough VR8.
