    They would be insane to lock in off takes while the Vanadium price is this low. I mining you can make all sorts of timelines but if the market (read your commodity price) overrides you there is really very little to do but wait and do the work that needs to be done anyway.

    They can start signing actual offtakes when the Vanadium price gets closer to that $9.50 they used. And get finance without diluting us into oblivion.
