Please try to understand my point. Management set their own development timelines, presumably after looking at market conditions and what they think can be reasonably achieved, and what resources they have to do these tasks. Even though they have hired more people and increased the salary bill, they've failed to deliver anything of note over this period. The question now is, what happens next ?
