It's a bit hard to understand but my read is that the stockpile is included but we get royalty of 4.5% once sold. Not sure if that royalty is perpetual for the LOM or just for the stockpile. Cents on the dollar if the stockpile.
If I was one of the BODs, I'd hang my head in shame. Gotta love this end of the market with companies that have high consolidation of shares.
