Existing shareholders 1 for every 5.77 shares held.
Price of $6.19 NZD - I think this equates to roughly $5.67 AUD we can buy these shares for?
Major shareholder and chairman taking up their full entitlements.
Seems GTK are raising money at a pretty cheap price - given the SP has been around $6.50 - $6.90 for quite a while?
What's everyones thoughts?
