No, and thats not always a bad thing, people sell heads so they can re-enter the share scheme and receive an option. There was a lot of that last time around.
They mentioned a Webinar, hopefully that will help lift the share price. If you want the company to stay afloat, swallow the .01 difference and give the company some money!
They are putting in a substantial amount of money and if I read it right, the rest is underwritten. So some people see worth here! 17M MC it has to be worth a punt!
