    re: Ann: Offer Document, Entitlement and Acce... Correct you will receive the amount you have sold them for let say $0.001 cent per ORDR minus brokerage. The buyer has then the right to buy one ORD share @ 2.8c or trade them. Remember if you do not intend to buy the share they become worthless after Friday (trading ceases).
