    ORDR are the tradeable rights.
    So say you had 8000 ORD shares. You're entitled to 3000 shares as part of the rights offer. Before the due date the rights to these 3000 shares can be traded if you don't wish to take it up yourself. These are traded as ORDR.

    If you trade them at 0.2c now you get the money and whoever bought your ORDR is entitled to those 3000 shares at 2.8c come the closing date. They pay for it and get it at 2.8c.

    If you don't sell your ORDR then come entitlement date - you can stump up 2.8c per share and get those 3000 ORD shares at 2.8c.
