My reading of it is as follows; all new shares purchased can apply for JEMI credits. Are these $? If so the all shares bought are bought at a discount after JEMI funds transferred. Bit like $1000.00 cash back from manufacturer when you buy a car. DYOR. I will keep checking and report back. Need some lazy dollars to be convinced but I can be convinced.
