If you were a short-term money lender (that's what these vultures are) wouldn't you want to buy at rock bottom and sell into the next fake pump or announcement at 20, 30, 40, 50% gains or more? I'm even beginning to suspect management are also happy with this scenario. Cap raises keep paying their salaries, and who knows they may even be having a little side hustle buying shares thru wife's maiden name?
