i will probably take up/participate in this offer as i feel the company is doomed if unsuccessful.
there will need to be some news to bump shareprice i would expect, can by on market at the moment at the offer price, so hardly a tempting offer.. very much relying on the charity of loyal investors who have been gaslit by this company for years.
ffs management taking up their shares.. they must own many hundreds of shares by now?!!
