Unv is in halt
its either a 2nd bidder (bad) or Brasidas has declared they are accepting the TER offer.
2nd bidder is certainly possible and TER would need to increase their offer to match because they dont have the protection offered by ASX/ UK law - meaning if the 2nd bidder got 75% it would delist the company (just like TER proposed) and TER would need to sell its 19.99% stake in UNV
