As a UNV shareholder what I am about to say is a bit tongue in cheek really.
Like it or not (me-not) I have to agree it looks just about a done deal to me.
However I get the impression, apart from berating of some irritated UNV shareholders, that most of you are sitting on the fence. Why aren't you selling down your TER holdings and buying up UNV holdings (also gets you closer to the % you're after of course) and banking the essential arbitrage. DYOR
