He is obviously aiming for 90 percent that will give him 100 percent after paying us how much? 1 cps ? Legal and likely imo.
An independent expert report would have to accompany any future compulsory acquisition of the company which would determine if the acquisition is fair and reasonable (in price) to the remaining shareholders.
Given the last independent report valued the company at 13.3-15.1cps, I can't see the offer to compulsory acquire the remaining 10% of shares at "1cps" being "legal or likely" (as you stated).
