    Net equity AFTER (party underwritten) capital raising will be NEGATIVE $2.44m!!! with over 1.1 billion shares.
    With a long-term debt arrangement with the largest shareholder of $7.5m!!! they must believe in their technology. Will be a long drawn out battle waiting for COVID to pass for the travel sector to return to normal. I'd rather be in Sezzle or Afterpay...
