    You are being extremely optimistic that investors who accept the offer will be able to sell them for 4.3 cents.

    Even if it wrapped up today there would be 16m PPX shares (roughly) that will go on the auction block when the new shares are allocated.

    Considering the illiquid nature of PPX I think you will be lucky to get out at 4 cents and a good chance it will be far less.
