1) It turns out that the contract that I previously thought was propping up last half's returns has been cancelled and did not contribute last half. It was interesting to see the price fall on this news.
2) Management, having backed the company with their own money when things were difficult, has decided to convert its debt to equity - a strong sign of confidence.
Bargain price, encouraging prospects and good management. I'd rather have management with the decency of RFT's, than a bunch of salesmen dressing up repeated meaningless market updates.
