That is exactly what I figured out as well, the put a stop to anyone else coming over the top for SGI as they took Vango's high grade away from the game, absolutely brilliant move. All this while SGI holders were crying about that CYL should have negotiated with them first thinking the NO vote would get up.
It left SGI a basically stranded low grade mill that was the very ugly girl next door.
MaSsive rerate coming for CYL IMHO.
