You're discussing this as though this company is being run normally and within the bounds of reasonable business protocols. JRV has descended into farce. It is beyond discussion and anyone recomending actually BUYING JRV has got to be rotten.
I used to live in Perth. My next-door neighbour used to break into my house at will, steal what they wanted, and throw bricks on my roof at night to add to the insult. Yet the local police did nothing.
Their excuse? ... we cant do anything until there's a dead body.
That ASIC is doing nothing about JRV is DISGUSTING - but no surprise at all.
