Wont spend to much time on this so I'll reply with this. Clive is pushing hard though though its years off if he gets the ok. Rail is cut. I believe there permits for water bores are no longer valid and it will be in the 100s of millions to get the plant up and going again.

If Clive was to become a major shareholder here and permits where given to the port facility and refinery id be satisfied with taking a punt here.

In saying this it would be great if it does go ahead as it bring heaps to the economy up here.
