management are only interested in themselves , been pretty obvious for a long time now , you can be sure shareholders will get a crap deal from this crew .
why not downs the money fix the issue and get on with mining again , obviously it's a large expense but it seems that management is looking for the easiest way out , not what's best for the shareholders.
