Yeah, I missed that on my first read through thanks F/B. Poli is not known for giving things away cheap but I imagine all the involved players would have already nutted out a ballpark figure on a suitable settlement.

$10 mill does not seem all that cheap for the tenements at first glance, but I have faith in McGarry and Co. The lower grade ore stockpiles will hopefully show up with more ounces than expected. The more BCN can recoup from those with minimal expense, the better the deal gets. No doubt McG will have run a keen eye over that potential.
