Whilst the legal argument has some merit I think a financial injection right now would be very beneficial. Might ward off CR for a while. And no further legal expenses incurred. I agree with Jazz in that it will need to be worthwhile and I hope we not being lowballed due to current financial predicament. Not sure why the offer amount has been withheld at this point. I’m sure there are reasons, Just not sure what they are.
