Looks as if MacBank is in the market buying up shares at $1.75 or just under that level. I suppose they will keep doing that until COB Friday 3 July 2018 when the offer ends, but one can not be certain that this is the case unless they announce it.

Only just over 12% of shares on issue and Eramet are in control of MDL.

C'mon Nic, we need that counter offer. Either way the BOD will be out of a job at MDL within a year.
