OFFICE: AIR: Chief People Officer Lorraine Murphy to leave Air NZ

Air New Zealand's Chief People Officer Lorraine Murphy is leaving Air New
Zealand in March to take up the role of Group Executive People with National
Australia Bank in Melbourne.
Commenting on the move, Air New Zealand Chief Executive Officer, Christopher
Luxon said; "This is a terrific opportunity for Lorraine and it is a great
reflection of the esteem our senior leaders are held in by the international
market. Lorraine has made an outstanding contribution to Air New Zealand over
the past three years and we have been fortunate to have someone of her world
class expertise and leadership skills to transform the People function of our
business. In regard to replacing Lorraine's role of Chief People Officer on
the Executive, we are fortunate to have a strong pool of internal and
external candidates to consider in the New Year."
