OFFICE: ARV: Arvida Completes Leadership Team

Arvida Group Limited ("Arvida") is pleased to announce the appointments of
two senior executives to complete their leadership team.

Virginia Bishop has been appointed to the role of General Manager Operations.
Virginia has held a number of leadership positions within the service
industry and will bring a passion for service excellence to the role.
Virginia will be responsible for all operational matters within the villages,
with the primary focus on performance, implementation and compliance.

Tristan Saunders has been appointed to the role of General Manager Marketing
and Sales on a contract basis. Tristan has significant experience in senior
marketing, sales and business management roles across a wide range of
industries. Most recently Tristan has led the rapid growth in sales and brand
recognition for Summerset Group. Tristan will be responsible for Arvida's
marketing, sales and communications functions across the business and will be
a strong advocate for residents and their families.

Both Virginia and Tristan will commence their roles in October.
