OFFICE: ATM: Appointment of new CFO
The Board of A2 Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig
Louttit as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company from early April
2014. This appointment follows the resignation of our present CFO Sarah
Kolkman who has advised of her intention to return to Europe for family
reasons. The Board thanks Sarah for her contribution since joining the
Company and wishes her well for the future.
Craig joins the Group with a strong financial skill set and relevant
international experience.
The appointment is consistent with the strategy to build management
capability to support the ongoing growth of the company in international
markets.
His previous roles have included:
o Senior finance roles with ASX listed "top 100" public company UGL Limited
since 2007 including as General Manager Finance, Transport and Technology
Systems, and Group Financial Controller including responsibility for
management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, cash flow
management, external reporting, and financial accounting;
o Senior finance roles with EMI Group PLC from 1999 in London, UK, including
Head of Financial Reporting, Director Financial Analysis and Group Reporting
Manager including responsibility for financial consolidation and
implementation of IFRS;
o Various accounting roles with building materials manufacturer CSR, and
international chartered accountancy firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and is a Member
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
