BLIS appoints Executive Director

BLIS Technologies Limited has addressed its resourcing requirements in the
light of new product developments and a shift to in-house manufacturing.  The
Board has identified a need for more managerial support and therefore the
Deputy Chair, Tony Offen has been seconded to a part time executive role
effective 1 September. Mr Offen's secondment will allow the Chief Executive
to focus on sales and key distributor and customer relationships in
particular and plan for additional resourcing of the business.
Mr Bevan Wallace has assumed the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee.
