OFFICE: BNZ: Anthony Healy appointed as BNZ Chief Executive Officer
Please see the attached announcement confirming the appointment of Anthony
Healy as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of New Zealand
(BNZ).
Mr Healy will replace Andrew Thorburn who has been appointed to become Group
Chief Executive Officer of the National Australia Bank in August 2014.
Mr Healy's appointment to the role is effective 12 May 2014 and is subject to
regulatory approval.
