Changes to Management
Bathurst Resources (ASX & NZX: BTU) wishes to advise the departure of Mr Tim
Manners as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary.
The Board would like to thank Mr Manners for his contribution to the growth
and development of Bathurst since joining in May 2010.
The Company's Group Financial Controller Mr Ben Ringrose will take the role
of Chief Financial Officer until a permanent replacement is found in New
Zealand.
Mr Graham Anderson remains the sole Company Secretary.
