EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT
Bathurst Resources Limited ("Bathurst" ASX/NZSX: BTU) is pleased to announce
the appointment of Mr. Marshall Maine as Chief Financial Officer. Marshall
has over 20 years' experience in senior finance roles throughout Europe and
New Zealand. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants (UK).
Marshall has significant experience in the fields of accounting, corporate
finance, taxation, treasury and financial risk management.
Marshall has previously held Chief Financial Officer roles at Icebreaker
Limited and Summerset Retirement Villages, and most recently as the Chief
Financial Officer of NPT Limited, an NZX listed company.
Marshall is based in the company's Wellington office.
Following this appointment, the company's current Chief Financial Officer,
Ben Ringrose, will resume his role as the Group Financial Controller. The
Board would like to thank Ben for his contribution in filling this role until
a replacement was appointed.
