OFFICE: FCG: Managing Director of Fonterra NZ Milk Products resigns

Fonterra today announced that Gary Romano has resigned from his role of
Managing Director NZ Milk Products, with immediate effect.

Fonterra Chief Executive, Theo Spierings, has accepted Mr Romano's
resignation.

"Gary has made a significant contribution during his time at Fonterra and we
respect his decision," Mr Spierings said.

Mr Spierings will assume interim responsibility for the day-to-day operations
of NZ Milk Products.
