OFFICE: FIN: Finzsoft Solutions Limited leadership restructure
Finzsoft has announced that it is restructuring the leadership of the company
with Andrew Holliday and Ian Wills joining the executive team as joint
Managing Directors with immediate effect.
As a consequence of this the CEO position has been made redundant and Mark
Sewell will be leaving the company to pursue personal interests.
Messrs Holliday and Wills have been majority shareholders and directors of
Finzsoft since they acquired 64% of the company in June 2007.
