NOTICE OF RESIGNATION OF SENIOR MANAGER
Auckland, New Zealand, 21 July 2015 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation
Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) advises that Vice President of Quality &
Regulatory, Paul Andreassi, has tendered his resignation.
Having made a significant contribution to the development of the Quality and
Regulatory functions of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Mr Andreassi has made a
decision to return to the USA and seek new business challenges.
The company is currently recruiting a new head of its Quality & Regulatory
functions and wishes Mr Andreassi well in his future endeavours.
This advice is given under Listing Rule 10.6.1(d).
