OFFICE: FSF: Fonterra's Head of people culture and services resigns

Fonterra today announced that Chris Caldwell, Managing Director of People
Culture and Services, has resigned for personal reasons.

Fonterra's CEO, Theo Spierings, said Fonterra respected Chris' decision and
thanked him for the significant contribution he has made to the Co-operative
over the past five years.

With immediate effect, Chris's responsibilities have been assumed on an
interim basis by Mr Spierings and the Co-operative's CFO, Lukas Paravicini.
