Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to
confirm that Michael Gimblett has been appointed to the role of General
Manager Property following the retirement of Murray Barclay.
John Dakin, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Goodman (NZ)
Limited said, "The Board and Management Team are highly appreciative of the
significant contribution that Murray has made to the New Zealand business
over the last 10 years and we would like to publicly thank him for his
considerable efforts."
The appointment of Michael Gimblett to the role comes after nine years in
acquisition, portfolio and development management roles within Goodman (NZ)
Limited, most recently overseeing the new Fonterra development in the Viaduct
Quarter.
John Dakin said, "We are fortunate to be able to appoint a high calibre
internal candidate to replace Murray. Michael has a proven track record in
our business and is highly regarded throughout the industry."
The internal appointment is effective from 1 April 2015.
